Well-established personal injury law firm with 30+ years of experience is seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to join our team.
We are looking for an attorney who is motivated, organized, professional, and able to manage litigation cases efficiently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Handle personal injury litigation cases
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
Negotiate settlements
Prepare cases for trial
Work closely with case managers and staff
Qualifications
Active California Bar license
Personal injury litigation experience preferred
Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
Compensation: 150k-300k, Health insurance
